Whether you are looking to relax with hot stones, improve range of motion through trigger point work, or support recovery before or after exercise, Maeve creates customized sessions focused on your goals. Maeve offers pre- and post-workout massage to help energize muscles, reduce soreness, and support recovery. She is also trained in Shiatsu I, incorporating energy work, compressions, stretches, and assisted range of motion techniques inspired by the 12 meridians. Additional services include pregnancy massage, cupping, and assisted stretching.
